Plantopia is based on the universe of Life of a Potato, a comic series about a little potato and its friends, spreading love, kindness and laughter around the world. Plantopia is a collaboration between Life of a Potato (from Daylight Studios) and Origame, a board game company.
Daryl Chow designs Plantopia's game mechanics, while illustrations and creative content are by Ryu Ho, creator of Life of a Potato. Rounding out the team are Nicholas Pang, co-founder of Origame, and Alwyn Lee, founder/CEO of Daylight Studios. Plantopia was funded in 3 hours on Kickstarter and sold over 5k copies!
